Caroline is a dedicated and personable physiotherapist with over a decade of experience, known for her thorough approach to patient care. She is certified in IMS needling and acupuncture, and works with youth and adult clients of all athletic levels, from recreational enthusiasts to elite athletes.
For the past seven years, Caroline has focused her continuing education on running-related injuries, addressing the unique needs of these athletes. She regularly treats conditions such as tendon pathologies, bone stress injuries, and performance-related issues. Caroline is also skilled in managing TMJ (jaw) dysfunction, shoulder and neck pain, as well as hip and back pain, supported by advanced training in these areas.
Caroline’s approach is centered on personalized, one-on-one care, prioritizing longer appointments to ensure ample time for comprehensive assessments and tailored progressions. She provides custom exercise programs with detailed instructions and visual aids, supporting clients’ rehabilitation between sessions. With strong connections to specialists in Calgary, Caroline can coordinate additional care when needed, ensuring a seamless recovery process.
A graduate of Western University’s Master of Physiotherapy program, Caroline completed her undergraduate studies in Victoria and Fredericton. She is a passionate distance runner, cross-country skier, and mountain biker. Her diverse background in competitive swimming, cross-country running, horseback riding, and music enriches her approach to physiotherapy. Caroline continues to explore new sports and musical pursuits, staying active and connected to the interests she shares with many of her patients.
